In browse-only mode, you can only use browsing and search functions and cannot use interactive features such as posting content, leaving reviews, or placing orders. When searching, if you need to paste content, we will access your clipboard. Additionally, to ensure the secure operation of the software and services, we will collect limited device information based on the principle of minimal necessity, ensuring such information cannot be used to identify your identity.

Additionally, when collecting your personal information, we may require you to grant specific permissions. If you refuse to grant these permissions, certain services may become unavailable.

(1) Information You Provide Voluntarily

When you register an account or use specific features of the App (e.g., submitting feedback, participating in activities), you may be required to provide certain personal information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, and email address. This information is necessary for using these features; without it, you may not be able to use them properly.

If you decline to register, you may only view basic information in the App but will not be able to purchase vehicles, access detailed content, or enjoy other products and services.

You may also voluntarily update or supplement additional personal information after registration, including your avatar, nickname, gender, birthday, industry, and city.

1.2 System Login

When you log in to our system services, we collect your account credentials to verify your identity, ensure account security, and serve as the basis for your operations within the product.

(2) Automatically Collected Information

During your use of the App, we may automatically collect certain information to ensure normal operation, improve service quality, and provide a more personalized experience. This includes:

Such as device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., IMEI, UUID, Android ID, OAID), MAC address, IP address, Wi-Fi status, SSID, BSSID, screen resolution, software version, network access type and status, network quality data, device sensors, Bluetooth, base station ID, list of running apps, and list of installed apps.

2.2 Usage Behavior:

Such as the time you open the App, your in-app navigation path, clicked buttons, session duration, operation logs, and service logs (automatically recorded usage behavior during your interaction with our products/services).

2.3 Location Information:

If you grant location permission, we collect your location data to provide location-based services (e.g., nearby recommendations). You may disable location access at any time in your device settings, after which we will cease collecting location data.

  5. Financial and insurance partners;
  6. Sales partners;
  7. Other partners.

We require all recipients to sign strict confidentiality agreements and comply with this Policy and applicable laws.

Except as stated, any other sharing will involve anonymization or de-identification to prevent re-identification.

Protective Measures for Sharing:

  1. We will inform you of the recipient’s name, contact, purpose, method, and data types, and obtain your separate consent;
  2. We enforce strict confidentiality and security requirements on partners;

(1) We strictly comply with national regulations to safeguard user information. We employ technical and organizational measures—including identity verification, encryption, access control, malware protection, and security auditing—to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or tampering. We have established a dedicated data protection team, implemented internal controls, applied the principle of least privilege, and provide regular staff training. We undergo annual security audits by relevant authorities.

(2) Your data is stored on our servers or those of trusted third-party providers within mainland China. Cross-border transfers are generally not conducted. Access is restricted to authorized personnel bound by confidentiality obligations. Access logs are maintained and audited regularly.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes, unless longer retention is required by law. Upon expiration, data is deleted or anonymized.

If we discontinue part or all of our services, we will notify you and delete or anonymize related personal information unless otherwise required by law.

(3) Despite robust safeguards, absolute security cannot be guaranteed due to the open nature of the internet. Please protect your own information (e.g., do not share passwords, change them regularly).

(4) In the event of a data breach, we will notify you promptly via email, SMS, phone, or public announcement (if individual notification is impractical), detailing the incident, impact, remedial actions, and protective recommendations. We will also report to regulators as required.

Close relatives of deceased individuals may exercise these rights for legitimate interests, unless otherwise arranged by the deceased.

We take minors’ privacy seriously. If you are under 18, please obtain parental/guardian consent before using the App. We avoid collecting information inappropriate for your age or cognitive ability.

For children under 14, we require verifiable parental consent. We only process their data when legally permitted, with explicit consent, or necessary for protection. If we discover we’ve collected such data without consent, we will delete it promptly.

Please do not submit personal information of children under 14 without guardian consent.

Sensitive Personal Information

We collect sensitive data only when necessary for service provision (see bold/underlined items in Section 2.1). While we implement encryption and other safeguards, no system is 100% secure. Unauthorized disclosure could harm your dignity or safety.

We conduct DPIAs, maintain records, and will never publicly disclose or sell sensitive data without your explicit consent.

7. How This Privacy Policy Is Updated

We may update this Policy due to legal, business, or technical changes. Revised versions take effect upon publication in the App. We will notify you via in-app alerts, push notifications, etc. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Disclaimer

Exemptions for Processing Personal Information

We may process your data without consent in legally permitted scenarios, including: - Necessary for contract performance; - Required by law or public duty; - Emergency protection of life/health/property; - Public interest journalism within reasonable scope; - Processing of lawfully public information; - Other legal circumstances.

Third-Party Services

The App may link to third-party services governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, security, or practices. When accessing third-party features that collect data, we will notify you via pop-up. We encourage you to review their policies and discontinue use if risks are identified.

Mobile Permissions

Certain features require system permissions. We only access data after your explicit consent and only when necessary. Disabling permissions may limit functionality. Your choice does not affect prior data processing based on consent.
